You can download our application and fill it out by hand  Once you've filled it out, you can bring it into our office at 164 N Bascom Ave #B, San Jose, CA 95128

If you want to apply online, click on the button and you will be prompted to create an account on our Tenant Web Access Portal using your unique email address.  Once you have set up your account, you can start completing the application.

• Select the property you want to apply for.

• You don't need to select a Unit Type.

• Complete the Application and click the SUBMIT button.

• Pay your application fee of $35.00 online using your checking account or credit card. (fees apply)

• If you want to pay your application fee in person with cash or money order, you can bring it to our office during business hours.
