HOW CAN WE CHANGE OUR ROOMMATES ON OUR LEASE?

We understand that a group of tenants may want to change one or more of their roommates on their rental agreement.  This is very common with students.  While Gower Properties is under no obligaton to change the named tenants on a rental agreement, we are willing to work with you under reasonable circumstance.

Please read our POLICY REGARDING CHANGES TO NAMED TENANTS to learn about more of the details.

Outgoing roomates need to provide written Notice to Gower Properties.  Download the form and deliver it to our office by email, in person, or by mail.

Incoming roommates need to apply to be be added to the lease. The application information can be found on our home page.

Incoming roommates must pay a $75.00 Courtesy Fee (once approved) in addition to their $35.00 Application Fee (at time of applying.)  CLICK HERE to pay this fee online if you are submitting your application in person.  Otherwise, the fee must be paid by cash, money order, or Cashier's Check made payable to Gower Properties and delivered to our office.  If you are applying online, you will be prompted to pay these fees on the Portal.
